DIT 212 NUTRITION CARE SEMINAR (3)

Incorporates hospital clinical experience. Enables the student to make correlation between the case study and application of nutritional interventions in real life patients at the work site. Focuses on special instruction on nutritional assessment to prepare for performing similar tasks in a clinical setting. Increases awareness of textbook versus actual disease states.
